Scallops, Bacon and Creamy Mash!

I’ve become a bit obsessed with Jamie Oliver lately! More specifically his food!
I nearly exploded when I saw this naughty little dish on the tv and had to try it!
It was very easy and very quick to cook! Bingo!
I served mine with samphire quickly pan fried with butter and garlic and some lovely roasted tomatoes!
